Guitar Refinish, from black to white!

Here's a new guitar re-finish project. A friend of mine had built a nice ibanez-inspired custom guitar and tried to finish it in black. The result was not very good and we decided to give the guitar a new paint job.
First, I removed are the electronics and hardware to work on the guitar. The mahogany body was sanded down as all colour had to be removed. The old black colour wouldn't be a good base for the new ivory white finish plus it had quite a few spills and runs...
Once the body was natural again, I sprayed a satin clear coat over it to shield the wooden surface. Then, I sprayed a light white coat on the body and traced quite a few body imperfections. Wood putty filled these spots and the body was sanded once again using various high grit sandpapers(500-1000 grit).
The last coats of ivory white were finally applied on the body and then covered with a satin clear coat. After polishing the body a bit to give it that satin semi-glossy look, I was ready to work on the neck.
The headstock of the neck was painted black too so I sanded down the black paint and finished the neck in satin clear. I cleaned the neck thoroughly and put back the locking nut and tuners. The guitar was then ready for hardware and electronics installation.
The guitar got a final setup and tune with 0.009" strings and it's ready to rock again!

Here are the guitar specs:
Solid mahogany body (RG style)
Bolt-on maple neck with maple fretboard
"Tree of life" fretboard inlay
Pointy headstock, locking nut
Locking floyd-licenced tremolo
H-S-H pickup configuration:
X2N hot bridge humbucker, Squier AlNiCo middle singlecoil, PAF style open-coil neck zebra pickup
5-way pickup selector, 1 x volume + 1 x tone control

Here are a few pictures of the guitar:
