Dean Hardtail Double Neck

I recently received a Dean Hardtail Double Neck Electric Guitar for a setup. It's a very nice Korean made double guitar with a Sung-IL hardtail bridge and Grover Tuners.
"Sung-IL" is the name of the factory were Wilkinson, Floyd & Tonepros Korean hardware is made: http://www.sung-il.com/
The guitar has a neck through construction and it's got two necks: a 6 string plus a 12-string one. There are 4 humbuckers on the guitar, controlled by two 3-way toggle switches and 4 pots using les paul style wiring.
The electronics:
The output jack and the pots were not bolted tightly in place, so a few solder joints were damaged and there were quite a few scratchy noises. It's always good to make sure everything is tight when you buy a used or even a brand new guitar.
So I cleaned up the electronics using contact cleaner and rewired the tone pots and jack firmly in place.
Setup:
Then, I removed the old strings and polished the frets using a metal fretboard guard plate and some ultra high grit sandpapers. The fretboard was finally cleaned and oiled with "thomann" lemon oil.
The 12string nut was a bit off and the string slots were a bit sloppy. I used a set of "welder's tip cleaners" as nut files to level and smoothen out the nut slots and the guitar was ready for 2 sets of new strings and a full setup...
With so many strings and the keys being too close to each other, it was hard to string up the guitar and the string winder was mostly useless. Armed with patience, I managed to replace all 18 strings and set up the guitar. It was essentially like setting up two guitars at the same time! Hopefully, the necks don't really interact with each other so the setup came out nicely with low action and satisfying intonation.
Intonation:
Not all guitars can achieve an accurate intonation you know... That's mostly because the bridge, neck scale length and nut form a weird mechanical system that needs to be perfectly balanced to ensure that all notes have the right pitch.

The guitar is now in the best condition ever and it's got such a sweet sound. Those Dean pickups are pretty good!

Here are a few pictures of the actual guitar:
