The tools you'll need for the easier SG project are:
Philips type and Flat screwdrivers,
Adjustable wrench,
Sandpaper (100-1000 grit)
A set of Allen/hex keys,
String winder,
Gloves, safety Glasses, doctor mask

There's no soldering required for this kit!
