This guitar came in with lots of issues, the main problem being the broken bridge. The bridge had come off and it had to be re-glued in place. Using water-based wood glue didn't fix the problem and this is normal. So I had to remove the old glue and use some epoxy-based glue to ensure the bridge will stay in place under string tension. The bridge was clamped on the top for 24h to ensure a tight bond was made.
The electronics had to be repaired as well. The output jack didn't always make contact so I had to remove the old jack, clean it up and tighten its metallic elastic contacts a bit. Then, I removed the fet--3 preamp and checked the pcb and pots. The pots were cleaned with contact cleaner spray. The pcb was cleaned with some alcohol and a clean brush. Once the electronics were checked, I placed a string on the fixed bridge and plugged the guitar to my amplifier. The sound was great and the tone was just right without scratchy noises.
Here's the schematic of the FET-3 simple 3-band EQ "bass-mid-treble-Volume" preamp:

The guitar was later set up with a fresh set of bronze acoustic strings by a friend. It's very playable and the sound is good.
This is a value for money guitar which is still worth around 200-350 Euros used,
